Homevery shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, nor for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense, or fee. This guarantee does not affect the consumer's statutory rights under applicable national laws. We believe our guarantee is straightforward and clear. How to claim your replacement

  • Let us know within 14 days of delivery that you need to make a claim.
  • Provide your order number, the style of curtain you ordered, and your corrected measurements.
  • Pack up the original curtains in their packaging and send them back to us using the prepaid return label we’ll provide.
  • Sit back while our team finalises your replacement order—no extra design or labour fees.

The sensible small print

  • Scope: Covers mismeasurements only. Replacement curtains must be the same style, fabric and mount as your original order.
  • Timing: Claims must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • Limit: One remake per curtain; up to four remakes per household (unless the error is ours, of course!).
  • Cost:Free Delivery of your replacement curtains.You only pay if your new curtains are larger or more expensive than your original order (we’ll simply invoice the difference).
  • Exclusions:Commercial orders of 25 + units, tax-exempt purchases, or any commercial-brand products.Items ordered outside our recommended size range or specifications.
  • Validity: UK households only.
