When can I expect my delivery?

We aim to minimize our lead times, averaging 7-10 working days. Accurate lead times are displayed for each product, and you will receive regular email updates. Once your order is dispatched from our production unit, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Generally, deliveries arrive the next working day, though remote areas may require additional time.

My order has arrived, but something is wrong
It's damaged:
If the packaging appears damaged but you haven't checked the contents yet, we recommend doing so immediately. Our curtains are well packaged, so they should be intact despite any damage to the box.
It's the wrong size:
Please note that our production team prints the finished size of the curtains on the packaging label; this size may slightly differ from the measurements you provided, depending on the heading type you ordered. If you're concerned about the size based on the label, we advise measuring the curtains with a tape measure, as they are likely to be the correct size.
I've only received part of my order:
If you ordered multiple curtains in different patterns or colors, they might have been dispatched separately, and the remaining items should arrive shortly. Keep an eye on your emails for any further dispatch notifications. If your notification indicates that the entire order was dispatched together, don't worry. We usually pack multiple curtains into one box, so please open all parcels and check their contents to ensure everything is included.

You can easily order samples from each product page. Simply select your preferred curtains and look for the orange "order your free sample" button. Samples are typically dispatched by 1st class post on the same working day they are ordered, so you won't have to wait long. You can order up to 5 samples for free in one go. If you require more than 5 samples, a postage fee of £2.99 will apply.
